- Technical data: IP address and browser information recorded with each form submission, used to prevent abuse and spam.

Why we use it and on what basis
We use enquiry data solely to review your request and respond to it, and to keep a record of the business correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you tick the consent box, your consent. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Who else sees it
Personal data is stored on our web hosting infrastructure and sent to our company email address. Where answering your enquiry requires it, the product details you provide may be shared with a potential manufacturing partner; we do not share your contact details for marketing purposes and we do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and for the period required by applicable commercial and tax legislation, after which they are deleted. You can ask us to delete your enquiry earlier.
Where data is processed
Our head office is in Turkey and our European office is in the Netherlands, so data may be transferred between Turkey and the EU. Transfers are made in line with the safeguards required under the GDPR and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or request restriction of processing, and request a copy of the data you provided. Write to info@genateks.com and we will respond within the period set by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in Turkey the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
