GENATEKS coordinates the production process from approved development samples through bulk production and shipment preparation. At the start of each project, product specifications, quantities, target price, quality requirements and delivery schedule are reviewed with the client and manufacturer.
During production, we follow agreed milestones, maintain communication between the parties and provide progress updates. Depending on the project, our support can include material approval follow-up, pre-production sample coordination, capacity and timeline checks, in-line review and final quality coordination.
Our role is to identify issues early, support practical solutions and work to keep the order aligned with the specifications and schedule agreed for the project.
