GENATEKS coordinates sample and bulk shipments with nominated freight forwarders and logistics partners. The shipment method and delivery terms are agreed according to the client’s requirements and the commercial arrangement for each order.
Where applicable, shipments can be coordinated under FOB terms. We liaise with manufacturers and logistics partners regarding booking, export documentation, collection details and shipment status for destinations across Europe and other agreed markets.
Our role is to support the flow of information and documents between the parties and provide timely shipment updates. Freight services, customs clearance and final delivery remain subject to the terms and responsibilities agreed with the appointed logistics provider.
